	Headway EDB1 Pro Preamp The EDB1 (Sheer Acoustic Equaliser Direct Blend) is a mega multi-purpose and compact external pre-amplifier box of pro-audio quality. You can completely shape your sound with its five band interactive EQ, switchable input impedance and three way Range Switch, offering acoustic Guitar, Bass or Violin settings, which cut unwanted low end tones, below the useable frequency range of the instrument. 	Headway Active Piezo Bass Pickup HE2 The HE2 for Double Bass is a complete high-end active system which gives a natural tone and response, with minimum feedback and noise. As with all HE2 pick-ups, all-discrete, Class 'A' components provide clarity whilst FET phases generate warmth. Headway piezo-cable pick-ups fit into a slot routed under the bridge feet, pressured by Maple plugs, and made to measure to touch the instrument top. 	K & K Sound - Bass Max The Bass Max is a double bass transducer with sandwich design for "quick wedge-mount" in one bridge wing. Its sandwich design features a layered construction of two piezo crystals, one facing up and one down. This ensures an even transmission from the strings and from the body of the bridge with all its frequencies. The Bass Max is located vertically to the vibrations and therefore transmits at a high volume. We recommend Bass Max for musicians playing both arco and pizzicato styles, as it transmits a broader mid frequency range. This enables the musician to change his playing modes without having to adjust the amplifier. The connection jack is held in place by a special attachment clamp mounted at the A and D strings between string-holder and bridge. One Bass Max will evenly pick up the tone range of the double bass.
